NAMI

NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. The course provides an opportunity for mutual support and growth in a safe, confidential, accepting space.

 

SAMHSA’s National Helpline

1-800-662-HELP (4357) is a confidential, free, 24/7 information service, in English and Spanish, for individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. The Helpline provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations. Eating Disorders Helpline
