Surrounding ourselves with people who care can do a lot of good. It reminds us we are worth caring for. The more aware we are of these positive influences, the more likely we’ll be to nurture these relationships.
Make a list
Take two minutes to make a list of the most important people in your life, along with a word or sentence about why they made the list.
Don’t worry about quantity. Even one caring person can make a difference. Your list can be on a piece of paper or on your phone. Keep it where it’s easy to find and pull it out whenever you need to be reminded that there are people who care about you.
